We want our client to be satisfied with their purchase. We don’t offer a refund policy if a client received their online order, and ends up not liking it (with no fault/defect in the product). Furthermore, if you have product concerns in regard to a defect, error or matter of quality he/she shall only be eligible for exchange if they have informed the online store within maximum 24 hours of receiving the product (the customer would be responsible to pay for delivery in this case).The product should appear to be in the following conditions before making an exchange:
1-The product should not be used or worn.
2- All tags must be kept as they are.
3- The article is either faulty or is not correct in size or color.
